Fees and Payment:

The Membership fee is payable every three months at the start of a new period.          Refunds:

You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Cancellation and Termination:

You may cancel your membership by providing a written cancellation at least 14 days prior to the next payment due date.

B-inspired Partners Sàrl reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Membership at any time for reasons including breach of these T&C or disruptive behaviour.

Confidentiality & Intellectual property:

You agree to keep all discussions, materials, and information shared within the Membership confidential out of respect for your peers.

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided as part of the Membership are the sole property of B-inspired Partners Sàrl

A Mastermind group of 5-8  peers who come together regularly to support and challenge each other in achieving their goals. They provide a safe and collaborative environment for brainstorming ideas, sharing insights, and holding one another accountable for personal and professional growth.

The mastermind groups are made up peers with a common business objective. They desire genuine and authentic relationships with their peers and openly share their insights. They value learning and are proactive with ideas and communication. 

Both online and in-person meetings are available.

You and your business will benefit from the momentum you generate as a result of your membership and the constant steps you are taking in the right direction.

If you decide within 14 days of the start of the month that this is not for you, you can request a FULL refund. 

Memberships can be canceled up to 14 days before the next renewal period. 

There is a minimum 6-month commitment.

Before then, you will not be able to get into the rhythm and flow of the meetings and benefit from the momentum you are generating.

The second reason for this commitment is to benefit all members who you are in the Masterminds groups. It gives you and your peers enough time to get to know each other well and develop solid communication and collaboration.

Frequent participation is important in order to benefit from the steps moving forward and the momentum you generate in your business.

Every member updates the others in turn on:

1. Their current objectives and follow-up from the previous week.
2. Their priorities for the week for which they want to be held accountable.
3. Any challenges they want insight from the group on.

Every member is expected to commit to the MasterMinds. To have an open mind, share insights freely, communicate with respect, be authentic and transparent. All the discussed topics are to be kept confidential to provide the safe environment that will encourage the group to share honestlyand with trust.

Every MasterMinds group will be led by a chosen, skilled facilitator who is not only an experienced member but also dedicated to ensuring equal and valuable contributions from all participants.

Every group will have between 4-6 members

Two times a month, 2h30 workshops will be held on a variety of topics of interest to our entrepreneurs. Ranging from sales pitches, networking to AI tools and mindfulness. 

Workshops are included in the membership fee but are optional according to topics of interest.

Workshops are included in the monthly membership fee but are also open to the public at a fee. 

It is a focused and intensive meeting where all participants focus on one member who is there to discuss a specific challenge, goal, or opportunity they are facing. The outcome is specific and immediate action points to move forward with. 

Intakes occur on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
