How the morning works:

• Part 1: Map your work. On paper, you'll lay out your roles, clients, projects, and tasks, and see clearly what goes where.
• Part 2: Put Claude in place. You'll turn your map into Claude Projects and named threads, set up on your own laptop, with support in the room.

What you'll learn:

• How to decide what gets its own Project and what belongs in a thread
• What to upload and write into a Project so Claude always has the right context
• A simple naming system to find any task in seconds

Julie de Meyer is a business foundations advisor and service designer, the founder of Bloom, and a partner at B-inspired. She also works on the RISE program at Solstice. With three professional roles to juggle, she built the system she'll share with you, and she uses it every day to switch between them without losing the thread.
