1. Membership Start Date:

1.1 1st of September 2023  

2. Fees and Payment:

2.1. The Membership fee is CHF 100 per month, payable every three months at the start of a new period.

2.2. A one-time CHF50 administrative fee is applied for a new member (this fee will not be charged for renewals)         

3. Refunds:

3.1. You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase, starting from September 1, 2023.

 3.3. The one-time administrative fee of CHF50 is non refundable

4. Cancellation and Termination:

4.1. You may cancel your membership by providing a written cancellation at least 14 days prior to the next payment due date.

4.2. B-inspired Partners Sàrl reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Membership at any time for reasons including breach of these T&C or disruptive behaviour. Any resulting refunds will be done pro-rata.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual property:

5.1. You agree to keep all discussions, materials, and information shared within the Membership confidential out of respect for your peers.

5.2. All materials, content, and intellectual property provided as part of the Membership are the sole property of B-inspired Partners Sàrl

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by Swiss law

A Mastermind group is a small, dedicated group of individuals who come together regularly to support and challenge each other in achieving their goals. They provide a safe and collaborative environment for brainstorming ideas, sharing insights, and holding one another accountable for personal and professional growth.

The mastermind groups are made up of men and women business owners that are either starting up or looking at how to take then next step in their business in a targeted way. They desire genuine and authentic relationships with their peers and openly share their insights. They value learning and are proactive with ideas and communication. 

Monday morning meetings are held in person in Nyon.
Tuesday morning meetings are held online.

You and your business will benefit from the momentum you generate as a result of your membership and the constant steps you are taking in the right direction.

How much does it cost?

CHF100 per month with a 3-

CHF100 per month with a 3 month minimum commitment. Memberships are renewable every 3-months. 

Once you have applied and joined the Masterminds, you can come to two weekly meetings. If you decide within 14 days of the start of the month that this is not for you, you can request a FULL refund. 

Memberships can be canceled up to 14 days before the next 3.month renewal period. 

When you join, be prepared to commit to at least 3 months. Before then, you will not be able to get into the rhythm and flow of the meetings and benefit from the momentum you are generating.

The second reason for this commitment is to benefit all members who you are in the Masterminds groups. It gives you and your peers enough time to get to know each other well and develop solid communication and collaboration.

Weekly meetings start as of Monday the 5^th of September in Nyon City Centere between 09:00 and 11:00.  

Frequent participation is highly encouraged in order to benefit from the steps moving forward and the momentum you generate in your business. Out of courtesy and respect, we recommend that you inform your group in time if you unable to join a particular session.

Every member updates the others in turn on:

1. Their current objectives and follow-up from the previous week.
2. Their priorities for the week for which they want to be held accountable.
3. How the others can give support.

Every member is expected to commit to the Masterminds. To have an open mind, share insights freely, communicate with respect, be authentic and transparent. All the discussed topics are to be kept confidential to provide the safe environment that will encourage the group to share honestlyand with trust.

Every Masterminds group will be led by a chosen, skilled facilitator who is not only an experienced member but also dedicated to ensuring equal and valuable contributions from all participants.

Every group will have between 5-10 members that you meet with weekly. Through the directory, the events and the workshops you will have the opportunity to meet all the members. 

If you decide not to join any of the meetings you can also opt for the workshops, the events and the online platform only.  

Two times a month, 2h workshops will be held on a variety of topics of interest to our entrepreneurs. Ranging from sales pitches, networking to AI tools and mindfulness. The agenda for the upcoming months is available as of the 15^th of August.

Workshops are optional.

Workshops are included in the monthly membership fee but are also open to the public at CHF55 per workshop. 

The Mastermind Hot Seat Session is a focused and intensive meeting where all participants focus on one member who is there to to discuss a specific challenge, goal, or opportunity they are facing. 

Twice a year (Spring and Autumn) social events are organised for members as an opportunity to get together as a community, share experiences and simply have a good time! 

When you join us, your membership will be activated as of the 1^st of the following month and for a 3-month period.
